Welcome to the Little Rainbow Moon Creative kit - ENCHANTED LAKE

The inspiration for this kit comes from the colour combination of purple and green/blue. The greens and blues give the kit the flowing, watery feel I wanted, whilst the purple add an enchanted, magical feel.

So what’s in the kit? 

PAINT

I had so much fun creating this set…I really wanted each colour to feel magical and enchanting!

SERENDIPITY  - A vibrant shimmering purple with decorative holographic sparkles on top

LADY OF THE LAKE - A beautiful blue/green colour shift with lilac shimmer flakes on top

SPELLBOUND - A magical Ivory/purple colour shift

MYSTIQUE - Purple and teal holographic (let a few drops of water sit on the surface for a couple of minutes before use)

STICKERS

You have a double sheet of decorative stickers; inspired by enchanting lake creatures, trees and plants.

CREATIVE SPRAY

I’m super excited about this one! I’m working on launching a whole range of Little Rainbow Moon Creative Sprays, and this kit sees an exclusive first look with the spray included in this kit. It has a matt teal base, which dries to reveal flecks of shimmering purple colour shifts. 

HAND DYED COTTON

You have a piece of cotton material, hand dyed with purple and green.

JOURNAL CARDS

You have two journal cards, perfect for adding ‘tip ins’ to journal pages - I like to journal underneath. 

HAND PAINTED TOMOE RIVER PAPER 

The tomoe river sheet has been hand painted with a combination of pigment powders and inks. This is one of my favourite ways to create collage paper. I love tearing strips or pieces and adding them to my journal pages.

PRINTED CARD

You have a card printed with green or purple alcohol ink flowing patterns.

POT OF SPARKLES 

A selected mix of green, blue, purple and iridescent shapes. I suggest using PVA glue, matt medium of modge lodge to stick them down. I like to use just a few on journal pages to add  as small element of sparkle and shine. 

IRIDESCENT SCALES PAPER

I chose to include this paper because the purple, green and blue colours coordinated so well. It also made me imagine the scales were part of some beautiful underwater enchanted lake mermaid or creature!
